HBA Gradnja provides construction services for new buildings, offices and retail stores. At the same time, we specialize in the adaptation and renovation of existing buildings, as well as the restoration of historical buildings or other special purpose buildings. Construction implies the realization of architectural plans into reality.

The construction includes four phases:

• preparatory works that are of essential importance and include arranging the construction site, bringing electricity and water to the construction site, setting up temporary structures, surveying, securing all necessary building permits, marking the terrain and digging the foundation.
• Basic construction works, concreting, plastering, masonry.
• Plumbing works, which include laying out electrical, water, sewage and other installations. Then, the installation of the fire extinguishing system, smoke detectors and network cables.
• And the last stage is the finishing works, this includes masonry, carpentry, sheet metal and other works. The finishing works ensure compliance with the planned project and the facility's readiness for use.
